Hi, I’m Jenna — a writer and designer in Dallas. For six years I’ve worked on brands where the product is really an experience: coworking spaces, coffee shops, and most recently a distributor with 750 branches. I like the places brands usually give up — the hours sign, the conference room list, the Monday newsletter nobody expects to enjoy. That’s where a company stops sounding corporate and starts sounding like a person.

Fiction Coffee — a seasonal menu built like a library
Nightmare on Elm Street — a Halloween popup that lifted gross sales 41.75%
Common Desk — a voice guide, and the cheat sheet that got people to use it
